KW guarantees an assistance service which can get to the client in 24 - 48 hours. At its headquarters in Monteriggioni, KW organizes technical and refresher courses to the technicians of all the Assistance Centres.
Technical assistance service
KW is proud of its ability to offer to its clients a department and an internal assistance service composed of two engineers and five diploma and specialized technicians. Furthermore, KW has in Italy over that 20 regional centres competent in refrigerating installations, double stage; each technician has tested and several years of experience in very low temperature refrigeration.
Finally, KW boasts of the -40°C and +15°C appliances, a capillary network capable of covering with its centres almost all Italian provinces.
In case of a programmed maintenance contract, our appliances have the following advantages:
- Extension of the warranty from 12 to months or 36 months
- 2 complete checks or 3 complete checks
- Fixed prices for months or months
- Formation training

The programmed maintenance service, in addition to prolonging the life of the freezer/refrigerator/incubator, also prolongs the warrantee to months or 36 months.
The programmed maintenance foresees a certain number of checks that our authorized technician will carry out leaving a copy of the work module, where all the activities undertaken and their results will be written down. And this will constitute a good base for the ordinary management of the appliance.
Our spare parts management system permits us to consign anywhere original spare parts within 48 hours, apart from in rare occasions.
We have at the client’s disposition a price list, which is always updated, containing all the available spare parts.
