Overview

The Upright Medical ULT –80°C freezers deliver high‑capacity, medical‑grade ultra‑low temperature storage with maximum stability, rapid recovery time and certified reliability. Designed for transfusion departments, plasma centres and biobanks, they provide long‑term protection of plasma, blood components and critical biological materials.

ULT -80°C freezers are also available in biobank version (Banca Biologica®) for maximum storage safety of samples, plasma and blood.

  • Twin group : two completely independent cascade systems that ensure maximum safety of storage in the event of a malfunction in one of the two systems.

  • Booster mode: temporary activation of both systems in response to openings or an increase in thermal load. From +15°C to -80°C in less than 2 hours.
